Disclaimer Policy

When you register for AAI-HC 2010 Convention you agree to the following terms:

1. The event is taking place in Montreal, Canada. If you are a U.S. citizen you are required to have appropriate border crossing documentation as per the new law (June 1, 2009). You can find out what documentation you need at State Department's website: http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1082.html See Entry/Exit Requirement section. Neither AAI nor its affiliates are responsible for your travel and lodging arrangements. We will not be able offer a refund if you fail to enter Canada due to improper documentation.

2. During registration you will select your lunch and dinner for Saturday. You will not be able to change it. If you need special meal accommodations, please contact us.

3. You can request full refund until September 1st, 2010 at 11:59PM ET. From September 2 to September 24 at 11:59PM ET we will issue refunds with 10% cancellation fee. After September 25 at 12:00AM ET there will be no refunds.

4. You will receive an email confirmation from us with a PDF attachment of an e-ticket. You will need your ticket and an ID to check-in and receive your convention badge. If you didn't receive confirmation email within 10 minutes of registration, check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us.

Only 100 days left until this year's greatest North American atheist convention. Have you booked your hotel room?

The excitement is building up and we keep working non-stop to deliver on our promise.

We are happy to announce that we have teamed up with the International Freethought Film Festival Foundation to offer our attendees an exclusive sneak preview of the film festival, scheduled for Friday, May 13th, 2011. Thanks to IFFF, our attendees will get exculisve screening of "The Evangelist" film. We got trailer to get you excited and pumped up!

Plus, we've added new speaker to our roster: Philippe Besson

You should know by now that we have first-class roster of speakers that no other convention has ever had. A unique comination of Anglophone and Francophone speakers not to be missed!
